How to Order
Custom and Seasonal Orders (please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery)
1. To place your order, please email melinda@libbybaby.com with description of desired items, color, design style, and gender preferences. Please include your phone number if you would like us to contact you by phone for your outfit consultation.
2. Melinda Libby will personally contact you to discuss creating your custom outfit. We are happy to email photos of suggested fabric and chenille choices, as well as examples of our custom creations for inspiration. We'll work with you as long as needed to help you feel comfortable and excited about your custom outfit.

Once decisions on color, fabric choice, sizing, etc. are made, Melinda will send a confirmation email summarizing outfit specs and total cost including shipping charges (for orders under $100) and expected turnaround time (approximately 2-3 weeks for custom orders).
4. Submit your payment one of two ways:
Check or money order (please allow 7 additional days for check clearance)

Our preferred, secure method of payment is through PayPal, which accepts debit cards and most major credit cards. Click here to Send Money Using Paypal. When prompted, enter melinda@libbybaby.com as the "Send Money To" recepient. We will confirm with you via email when your payment has been received.
4. Watch for your item to arrive by USPS Priority Mail 2-3 weeks after payment confirmation.
Libby Baby Bibs & Blankets- In Stock (please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery)
1. To place your order, please email melinda@libbybaby.com with bib or blanket style and quantity.
2. Expect a confirmation email from Melinda within 24 hours with order total, including shipping charges (for orders under $100), and expected turnaround time (approximately 1-2 weeks for in-stock items).

Shipping
Shipping is by USPS Insured Priority Mail.
For orders totaling $23-$49: Add $4.80 for shipping
For orders totaling $50-$99: Add $9.80 for shipping
For orders totaling $100 or more: Shipping is free
Return Policy
On items in stock:
If item was shipped in error (i.e. what you received was not the item you ordered), we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your receipt of the item. Items must be returned in unused condition.
For custom orders:
Generally, we do not accept returns on custom orders. In order to ensure proper fit, please provide accurate measurements during your consultation with Melinda. Remember, our apparel tends to run "roomy," so take this into consideration when choosing the right size for your garment.
However, we do make exceptions for special circumstances if you are not pleased with the quality of your outfit, assuming the item is in unused/unwashed condition. Our main goal is to make sure you're absolutely thrilled with the outfit you receive. Please contact us if there are any specific questions we can answer for you prior to placing your custom order.
